Zhenzhou Listed as Provincial Bankruptcy Administrator

    Recently, the Zhejiang Higher People's Court announced the second batch of lists of provincial-level performance database managers, A total of 25 law firms, accounting firms and other intermediaries including Zhejiang Zhenzhou Law Firm were included in the provincial management's performance database.

    In order to further strengthen the dynamic management of managers and improve the quality of bankruptcy trials in our province, the Zhejiang Higher People's Court decided to appropriately increase the number of managers of social intermediary institutions to be included in the performance records of provincial administrators. In combination with the number of bankruptcy cases of practicing institutions, the situation of designating managers in a competitive manner, and the distribution of managers who have been included in the provincial performance database, Zhenzhou became the first practicing institution in Zhoushan City to be selected as the provincial manager's performance database.

     Since being selected into the "Zhejiang People's Court Bankruptcy Case Manager" in 2007, Zhenzhou has played a professional advantage and carefully organized a team of managers. It has served as the manager of 14 bankrupt enterprises and has been highly recognized by creditors and government agencies. Certainly, it has contributed to the economic development and social stability of the city.
