Mr. Xu Shengjun, attorney at law, was born in December,1965. Xu has a JD of East China University of Political Science and Law. He is a partner of Zhenzhou law firm. Xu also serves as the vice director of the committee of financial review and administration of Zhoushan Bar Association, on the board of directors of the Zhoushan Bar Association. Deputy director of the financial supervision and Management Committee, Deputy director of the Membership Affairs and assessment committee. Mr. Xu graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 1990 as a law major, he started his practice 2 years after his graduation. During over 10 years‘ practice , he has been councel of Zhoushan Electric Power Bureau, Zhoushan city of supply and marketing cooperatives, Zhejiang Zhoushan sea shipping limited company, Zhejiang Dragon Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Guangyuan Co., and dozens of other enterprises and institutions, and host the post of independent director for the first listed company in Zhoushan -- Zhejiang Golden Eagle Limited by Share Ltd.
